February / March: Two Part Project: Applique Cushion
April / May: Two Part Project: Quilted Holdall Bag
 
We cover a wide variety of sewing projects during our 3 hour sewing sessions. Children will be able to develop an understanding of what their sewing machine can do, its functions and also basic trouble shooting whilst having fun!
 
Some months we run the session as an individual one-off project, whilst other months will be combined into larger more challenging projects.
You will see that these months are available to book together, so that your child can spend a longer time on their project.
 
Don't worry if your child doesn't have their own sewing machine. You can hire a sewing machine from us.
 
An equipment and materials list will be provided upon booking as we feel it is important for your child to choose exactly what colours and patterns of fabric they use for their sewing projects.
Your child will also need to bring their own basic sewing equipment such as fabric / thread scissors, pins, tape measure and a fabric pen.
 
Our groups are small and so we guarantee that they will get all the guidance they need and there is the opportunity for them to be set extra sewing activities to complete at home to develop their sewing skills even further!
 
Suitable for ages 7+
 
Children will automatically join our Make-it Happen Club when they attend our Children's Workshops. They will receive a stamp everytime they join us. Once they get 10 stamps they will be able to select a Free Gift!
 
Parents need not stay- YES! That's right! Parents are free to escape for 3 hours. Your child will be safe and sound in our Studio whilst we have lots of sewing fun!
