During this 2 week short course you will learn how to make a practical quilted duffle bag.

You will need basic sewing machine skills and will be guided through each step.

For the workshop you will need to bring materials, we will provide a materials list upon booking so that you can choose exactly what fabric you would like to use.

Don't worry if you don't have your own sewing machine. You can hire a sewing machine from us should you need.

If you are completely new to sewing and have never used a sewing machine before we suggest booking a Private Sewing Lesson before booking on this short course.

Workshops must be booked within 3 months from date of purchase. You will be asked to provide 3 dates you are available when booking which we will then confirm after booking.

If you do not arrange your workshop within 3 months from purchase, your workshop booking will expire. You will not be entitled to a refund or be able to transfer it to a future date.

If you cancel your place at least 2 weeks before the date of the workshop you will receive a refund, but a *£25 admin fee for any Adults workshops will be retained by Make-it Happen.

*£12 for Children’s Workshops.

If you cancel within 1 week of the date we will only be able to give a refund if your place can be filled.

No refunds will be given if you cancel 24 hours prior to the workshop start time

or if you fail to show.

Our Workshops may run if we have 2 or more people, therefore if your workshop does not have sufficient numbers we may contact you to offer you an alternative date.

If Make-it Happen cancels the workshop a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

Please be aware the workshop artists retain the intellectual property to their own ideas.

You cannot go into business making, or running workshops showing copies of the artist’s work.

You can however use the ideas for personal use and with your own students, if you are a teacher.
